Location is a little far up but there is a tuk tuk that the hotel provides to go to nearest mall/Big C. Since hotel is on top of a mountain, the staff has a golf cart that carry us back and forth up to the hotel. Value for money.

lobby is very hot, no air con, but the service is excellent

Good size rooms, great view, friendly staff, nice food. Up a hill, yet they offer a tuk tuk ride up. Great pool with view of patong.

Great experience at the villas with private pool, it was clean and I had a great time at this hotel! Walkable distance to night markets, bars and Jungceylon shopping centre! I would definitely come back again!

resort located on a slope but the hotel provides buggy service to take you down the slope good service, staff very helpful room is very big and spacious, bed is comfy bathroom however has bit strange smell of the drainage late checkout till 2pm is provided

The resort was really high up and a buggy was needed to get up and down, not the most convenient and the shuttle bus services were so limited we couldn’t catch any in our 5 days there. The sewage system in the hotel were not the greatest with clogged toilet bowls and strong sewage scents, the pool food services also took more than 30 mins to be served. However, kudos to the hotel staff who always greeted us w huge smiles and tries to troubleshoot quickly.

Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool, However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met. Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops , Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights . So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

Excellent hotel, good staff and great location. Ideal for honeymoon stays.

The room has a v nice view of patong beach so we can see paragliding and very beautiful sunset in the evening and fireworks at night. The room is big and spacious too. However the bathtub is a bit dirty.

This hotel is definitely NOT 5 stars. If you want a 5 star experience avoid this hotel. Overall the customer service was poor and not welcoming. At check in was not greeted but was asked for my passport immediately. At check out call was made at check out time as expected and I informed them that we are getting ready to leave in 30 mins but was basically yelled out to leave in 20 mins. Definitely not coming back.

Stayed in a spacious and clean room with wonderful sea view. Although the resort is up the mountain it’s easily accessed by grab, taxi or motorbike. Other than shuttle service to patong beach area, hotel also provides buggy service if you just want to head up or down the hotel.
