This is definitely the top pick for value for money during peak season. The location is great, about a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach, or you can take the hotel's free shuttle. Right outside, there's a 7-Eleven, a pharmacy, and various restaurants along the road, including a Burger King. The hotel has two swimming pools, which, though not huge, are perfectly fine for kids to splash around in. Breakfast costs 250 baht for adults and 150 baht for children; the selection is good enough to fill you up, and it's never crowded. The family room comes with a bunk bed and a 1.5-meter large bed. The quality control is impressive – no deposit was required, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. To have such a good experience during peak season, I'm extremely satisfied. There's a big massage parlor right at the entrance, including a mini Green Leaf branch. There are also two ATMs, one orange and one purple.

Really nice Hotle with small night market located outside and lots of other night markets. Also the shuttle to phucket old town stops right outside and there’s just everything you need in walking distance. Hotel is just a bit outdated.

Service was not good I was seen suffering with our luggage by the reception and non of them offered assistance Receptionists are just standing over there because they have a job to do but they were not doing it :)

Honestly, it's worse than a 200 yuan county hotel back home. There were ants in the room, and they put me in a corner room. They even jacked up the price to 900 a night for Chinese New Year. Good thing I just needed a place to sleep for one night and then quickly left.

Very good location. The room was nice and clean but could use a little more space. It's good for a few days stay at Kata Beach. The tour guide had no issues picking us up from the hotel.

Very kind staff. Breakfast is way below average. Rooms are a bit old. AC only has 2 settings, on or off, slow fan option doesn’t work. 95% of the tourists in that area are from Russia

Good hotel, 10 minutes walk from the sea, there is also a shuttle to the sea from the hotel. Breakfast for every taste, but it hasn't changed much in a week. There are many shops and massage parlours nearby!
