Nice locations friendly staff it’s near supermarket and cafe on the other side it’s 15 minuets walk to Karon beach

Good location, very kind-hearted stuff. A cozy quite room for remote work and peace with the balcony to the backyard, strong wi-fi.

Great value for money. Spacious room, spotless, nice design, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The room is also equipped with a fridge, TV, hairdryer, umbrellas and kettle + coffee tea making facilities. The staff spoke good English and they were all very helpful. It'll be hard to find hotel for this price with all of those qualities. Location wise, it is above the night market. So if you're a light sleeper, it's a bit noisy, but only up to about 11pm.

Service was very pleasant and friendly and all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Situated in a great location and the room was very good value for money. Hopefully next time i stay the swimming pool will be in operation.

The accommodation is clean, convenient to walk to the beach, cheap, near restaurants and night markets. There is a bar near the accommodation for drinkers. The room is spacious, with complete facilities.

Located in the heart of Kata, easy to travel, just a short walk to the beach, very close to food, I like it very much. But if it is on the road, you may not be able to sleep well because of the noise of cars passing by. The staff provides good service, but there is no parking lot.

The room is not like the picture. The staff told me to stay in the building behind. The noise was so loud I couldn't sleep. The sound of a car stepping on a sheet of metal and the sound of people talking loudly into the room There is no elevator to the building. You have to carry your bag up yourself. Waited to check in to the room for more than 1 hour. In conclusion, nothing was good at all. Made a big mistake by booking this hotel.

Good location of the hotel. The hotel's doors overlook Kata's main night market. About 10 minutes walk to the sea. Cleaning was done every day, they cleaned well. There is actually no swimming pool in the hotel; they suggest going to another hotel which is about 500 meters away. The window of the room overlooked the roadway, where people drive and honk their horns around the clock. Those who are light sleepers have no chance of getting enough sleep.

Great cozy hotel in a convenient location! More than enough to justify the price of the room. We were very pleased.

This time I booked a room with two beds and a balcony. When I checked in, I was given a room on the second floor. I asked for a high floor. The room was moved to the fourth floor the next day. However, the direction and equipment in the room were older, and the attitude of the front desk staff was very good.
