Terrible level of cleanliness! Terrible service! Remains of poop in the toilet of previous customers and flooding! The manager said I was lying! The cleaner yelled at me because she was upset that the room had to be cleaned! We tried to leave the hotel but they refused to return the money! Flooding in toilets, unclean water, unclean rooms, leakage from the sink and noise in the ceiling of pipes! We got the room dirty and that too after we were changed to a "better" room I asked in advance not to enter my room and I put a do not disturb sign on the door and yet when I was not at the hotel they entered my room and tried to fix the plumbing - unsuccessfully and left residual dirt from a knife and silicone from the sink!! Do not approach this hotel!!!

The hotel is on a hill, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk up the hill, but it is not a reusable story if you take a bike, the hotel is clean, they clean daily, I will not say that they change the linen daily, but there is cleaning, though they did not wipe up the spilled cola on the balcony in 5 days)) but this is a trifle, if they hung a sign do not disturb, they will hang soap and washcloths on the door. By the way, they updated them daily. The pool is average, clean, not deep. The terrace in the room is larger, I recommend taking a room with a terrace overlooking the city and the sea, you will see incredible sunsets. There is a 7 eleven nearby, there is no alcohol there, but everything else is there, but 5 minutes away there is another 7-11, everything is there. Walking distance from the hotel to Patong beach 30 minutes, to massages 20, to Bangla road 25 minutes. There is no cafe nearby, the nearest one is 20 minutes away. The hotel is a normal 4, no plus, but a solid 4. By the way, the doors to the terrace are sliding, we opened them tightly at night and enjoyed the breeze, we lived on the 4th floor, mosquitoes, flies and other things never visited us.
