The Beachfront Hotel Phuket

It’s clean and the staff are friendly. I came here with a friend, and it’s convenient because there are places to rent motorbikes nearby.

Honestly, this was the best place we stayed during our two weeks in Phuket! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, filling, and catered well to our needs. We also had the comfiest bed, which made it so hard to leave each morning! The pool was absolutely amazing and perfect for relaxing. My partner and I had the most wonderful and convenient stay, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you for such an amazing experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket and would happily stay again!

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for the whole family. The pool area was the highlight for the kids — safe, relaxing, and just steps away from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile 😊

I loved this hotel and thier staff. Service was amazing. I recommend this hotel to all and I will be back as well.

such a good stay , we really love it and surprisingly a calm place to stay just a bit far from other entertainment will repeat stay heree lovee from malaysia visitors ❤️❤️❤️

Misleading name and disappointing 5-star experience While the reception staff are helpful and doing their best, this hotel falls short of its 5-star rating. My experience here was a mixed bag, and I honestly regret the booking for several reasons: The Room & AC: The layout is poor. The air conditioning blows directly onto the bed, which made me ill. If you turn it off, the room feels like a sauna; if you open the balcony, you’re at the mercy of mosquitoes. Misleading Branding: The "Beachfront" name is highly misleading. The beach is unusable, dirty, and not for swimming. You’ll be restricted to the pool. Location & Hygiene: The location is isolated; we had to take a taxi daily for food and decent beaches. Worse, there were cockroaches in our 2nd-floor room and a persistent smell of sewage/drainage outside the property. Dining: Breakfast is repetitive, with 90% of the menu remaining the same every day. Compared to a 2-star hotel I stayed at in Karon Beach, which had better AC and service, this was a letdown. If I could have refunded my stay on day one, I would have moved to the West Coast immediately. Only stay here if you don't mind being taxi-dependent and prefer a pool over the sea/ocean.
