Le Resort and Villas

We from Phuket Thailand ,we want to have the day anniversary with family but The room was terrible. I have a 2-month-old baby and this was the crib they added for my child. The pool was very dirty. The room smelled bad and was noisy all the time. The staff service was awful; they made us carry our own luggage even though we had a baby. They didn't inform or advise us about the room at all. They didn't answer the phone either.

My room was way too noisy because of the street - the villa room was much better, or otherwise as for a room far from the noisy street.

Good hotel good service. Nice for couples. Unfortunately during our stay it was raining so could not use the outdoor pool as the water was cold and because of the rains the bean bags in the terrace(we had taken the flaming room with a terrace) were all wet. Wish they had a heated pool so people can enjoy what they have paid for. Breakfast was decent.

The aircon spoilt on our 1st night and the hotel provided us with another room above our unit. It was quite inconvenient for us to shift out all our belongings from 1 floor to another at about 10 pm. The hotel offered to help but we decided to do it ourselves as we do not want to pack everything into the luggage but rather bring the items up and do more trips.

Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one to help with luggage, the checking process was straightforward. The allocated room requires you to take steep steps downward from reception area or take the elevator that brings you to the service areas which you then have to walk through the hotel’s underground car park. Do not waste your money on a dome (glancing or the villa) neither have any wardrobe space and the water pressure is inconsistent at best. The condition of the glamping dome was terrible, bathroom was falling apart and toilet was stained through use. I complained and they said they can give me a downgrade or swap to the le dome villa but the water issue is not going to be resolved by moving. The dining area has plastic seating and the quality of the breakfast buffet is poor. Fried eggs are fried to within an inch of their lives. When I complained about the room, the attitude of the staff was extremely poor. I eventually accepted the move to le dome villa which was not an upgrade but was better than the glamping, that had the same issues they refused a refund and as I did not have the energy or time to move to another hotel I stayed. I truly wish I hadn’t. I asked for fresh milk and they did not even know what that was. The room was not in working order either. The jacuzzi only had one nest work and the other issues can be seen in the images. This is a 3 star hotel at best for facilities and 1 star for quality of service. The language barrier is high. Save your holiday experience by choosing somewhere else

We booked the double dome with a pool - that was amazing! The place was very clean! Given there were lots of plants around, the pathways, roof deck and pool deck were swept very clean. The swimming pool was actually good sized for my kids to swim in and deep enough for adults to enjoy too with seats and jacuzzi jets too. Rooms and beds were very clean - plus a huge bathroom! Staff was super friendly too. Breakfast was okay, good enough selection, fruits, pastries and some local hot dishes. All in all very wonderful.
