Cassia Phuket, part of Banyan Group

I went to Phuket with my wife as a Honeymoon trip and stay in Cassia Hotel for 3 nights .I really like this Hotel because this is really beautiful and nice Place.They decorated our room as honeymoon vibe(Thanks Cassia). In first day, one of the air con didn’t cool and so they changed the upgraded room for us without any charges and get super sorry present ‘wine’. Hotel decorations, staffs, facilities and breakfast are so perfect.Beach is too close from hotel about 5 minutes with hotel boat and it is private beach.I think, people who want to relax and spend the perfect time with family should be choose this hotel.

A great hotel for a family vacation. It’s surrounded by beautiful nature, in a safe area with little traffic and no pushy street vendors. The hotel is located within the Laguna complex, which offers a free shuttle service. The only store within walking distance is the modest Top’s, but you can drive to a 7-Eleven. You can get to the beach by boat, but around 8–9 a.m. and in the evening, the boat will be packed with families with children and strollers. You can also walk there; taking it easy, it takes about 8–10 minutes, though part of the way is in the heat. There are plenty of private sun loungers at the beach. However, the front row closest to the sea is taken from early morning. The rooms feature a kitchen, a small living area, and two air conditioners. They come with dishes and cutlery. Housekeeping is provided every other day. The trash disposal system is interesting—it’s done through a special “locker,” so the staff doesn’t need to come into your room to take out the trash. It’s a great system. The hotel’s clientele consists mainly of families with small children and older couples. My family liked the hotel; we’d definitely come back again!

The location is very good. Its close enough to the beach that you can take the private boat shuttle or walk without meeting to be tired. The swimming pools are connected to each other and its a very unique experience. We got the loft style room and the children really enjoyed the upstairs. Included a small kitchen with a refrigerator and some cooking utensils which allowed us to have access to good food. There are decent restaurant and seven eleven but they require a fifteen to twenty minute walk. There is one limited tops store slightly closer. The breakfast quality was not so good although their options were diverse. The normal restaurant food quality was not so good and very expensive. The actual cleaning workers and people on the ground were very nice, but the overall organization of the staff and the ability to get feedback was quite limited. Nice hotel and amazing view. There was a water leaking issue but the staff proactively sent us some drinks/snacks and also offered us complimentary mookata but we were rushing out to EDC so we requested for a one way transfer from the hotel to the airport instead. They accepted our request and for me I felt like it was a good experience on how they handled the customers by accepting what the customer wanted instead of what they wanted to offer. Another thing that i wanted to feedback was the corridor was too dark and yellowish, it will be great to light up the whole corridor to make it brighter.

Our stay at Cassia Phuket was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Loft Room, and the view of the lagoon and the beach from our room was simply breathtaking — it felt like waking up in a postcard every morning. The hotel’s location is perfect, with direct access to both the lagoon and the beach. One of our favorite parts was the complimentary ferry that takes guests across the lagoon to the beach every 20 minutes — such a fun and convenient touch that made getting around effortless. The atmosphere at Cassia is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. The modern design of the rooms, the lively community spaces, and the stunning natural surroundings made our stay unforgettable not to forget mentioning pet friendly hotel. Cassia Phuket truly captures the best of relaxation, style, and island charm!

I want to thank the staff they were so nice knowing they did a mistake, they were so nice and I recommend Cassia definitely
