Stayed here for 7 days and overall it was okay, when we first arrived there were problems with the refrigerator not working and the toilet not flushing, staff fixed the problem quickly. The pool facilities and service there is great. The gym is also quite good compared to other hotels. The cleaning is bare minimum as the bathroom hardly got cleaned when housekeeping would come, just new towels and bed linen. The wifi tends to drop and it can be quite noisy. The balcony chairs were a bit dirty so had to clean them ourselves. Our room also had a lizard in it and the door’s deadbolt lock didn’t work at all.

I really cannot accept hotel room don’t provide room slipper and the towel don’t absorb water. But location is good

good location, near the beach and walking street, the room is tidy and clean, there were lots of shops of food and massage nearby.

If you return to sleep to the room after 3 am, this is a very good hotel. But nearby there is a bar where someone yells into the microphone with all their might at 2 a.m and sings karaoke. Sounds from Bangla isn't that loud. Pity, I can't add the video of it. But the pool is nice and room is big enough and comfortable

Got free upgrade to bigger rooms. The hotel let us to have quick shower after we had checked out before heading to the airport. Located near bangla road where you can get everything that you need (shopping, restaurants, massage)

The hotel is in a great location . Was only using it as a transit hotel for one night so didn’t get to use the facilities. The roof top pool is nice and there is also a gym. Room was basic little small but all that was needed for a night.
