The hotel is located not far from town, about 10 minutes from the Old Town. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are new. The room is very quiet with no noise from outside.

Hotel was located in the middle of Phuket, meaning that you will be closer to every places, which was very pleasant.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days last week. The room- was really comfortable and really clean. Breakfast- there’s a good selection of western /Thai and Chinese food. There’s an omelette station which I loved. Pool- clean and you can get a good swim in it. Room service/food- I really enjoyed the food at the hotel- there’s a big selection and everything was really well cooked and tasty. Sometimes it was a little slow but nothing major. Staff- amazing. Really helpful, extremely polite and a high level of care. Atmosphere- The place was perfect for us, it was very quiet and great for chilling out. Everything is a taxi ride away. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and use it again.

I stayed here for 3 nights recently. To be honest, a very decent hotel that comes with a sizeable room and comfortable bed. The toilet has good water pressure too. However, the amenities are severely lacking. For example, toothbrush is not automatically replenished. We had to ask for 3 nights in a row. In-room slippers are not disposable, which may be unhygienic for some. The staff were not that warm as well. To be honest, this is just a project for us to sleep for the night and the entire experience was forgettable. To be fair, the location is pretty good. A short drive to central Phuket and old town. There are 7-11s, Big C, Tops and Lotus just beside. Aside from this, I will likely not return for another stay.

Hotel is a great hotel pool area so good drinks at the bar good and good price would highly recommend this hotel it’s not walkable to down town so need taxi or scooter

We stayed four nights as a family and had a very poor experience. Several family members were scratched by the rough pool surface, and there was a sharp wire in the children’s pool that injured my child. We reported this immediately, but staff showed no concern or response. Staff at the front desk, pool bar, and housekeeping were cold and unwelcoming. The family room lacked privacy, with no proper separation between bedrooms. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and corridors, and the bathroom space was very limited. Breakfast was basic and not like a resort at all. Overall, this hotel is worse than a budget hostel in Phuket Old Town and is at most a three-star hotel.

Value for money, room was big, and rooms are clean/tidy every single day. Would have been a better stay if the wifi was more stable, as only 1 device can be connected at any one time.
