Can't say much about the hotel itself because I stayed there for just one night. The location was perfect for me, very close to the beach, Bangla road, Jungceylon shopping mall and Smartbus stops. Lots of eateries around, 7/11 store right next door. The standard double room I stayed in was nice; not very big but enough for one person. The window faced Soi Saen Sabai - one of the craziest streets in Patong with lots of noise around the clock, so sleeping without earplugs is impossible here. The washstand in the bathroom was tiny, very little space to put toiletries and cosmetics which was not convenient for me personally. The mattress was ok, but the pillows weren't the best and pretty small. There was a balcony in the room with one chair on it, no table. Overall everything looked clean except for the rug if front of the bed that was all covered by stains.

5th time booking acca patong. Simple and affordable hotel. Very clean, good location to all the nightlife and malls. Service staff were good and friendly.

Very bad service The front staff speak badly, the service is not good, the elevator is broken and they do not try to serve customers. Didn't speak and explain well. The room was dirty. The sheets, pillows, and blankets were very smelly. It was as if the laundry hadn't been changed. I've never encountered a hotel that was this bad and the room smelled this bad before. It was the worst experience with this hotel

Clean room But right in the action so noisy all night. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommend for people who want to party.

Friendly staff, good location

The location is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked four days with them. They are all smiling and serving you. In fact, if I come to Phuket again, I will only book this hotel. It is very beautiful. Thank you.

The front desk had a stinky face and a very bad attitude. The sanitary conditions were intolerable. The sheets, quilts and pillows were all dirty and yellow, as if they had just been picked out of the trash. It makes me sick even thinking about it. This is not a place where I would stay for free. , don’t step into the trap
