A very good experience. Actually, I have been to Phuket many times, and every time I am confused about choosing a hotel. I don't know which hotel to choose because the comfort level of the hotel will greatly affect the mood of the vacation. However, I initially stayed in Patong, but later I wanted to go to Karen. However, I still found that Hilton's hotel was very good in terms of location and various services. Originally, I planned to only visit Patong for 5 days, and then go to Kata or Karen. In the end, I renewed my stay at this hotel until the end of the vacation. A very good experience, I should come back again. However, the hotel still needs to renovate the previous rooms to replace some outdated equipment.

This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Excellent oasis centrally located, and away from the hustle and bustle of central patong. The meet and greet with a cookie is a nice touch The rooms are excellent well equipped, and with good ventilation systems. The hotel has 3 pools, the main one has a water polo net which is a good bit of fun. Along with the odd foam day. Breakfast is exceptional with a vast selection which caters for everybody, and didn’t disappoint. Dined in the hotel once during my stay, and was on point. I always say a parting comment, is a lasting comment and it came from the left luggage colleague, who I could see was busy, said “thanks for waiting”. ( i had only been waiting 2 minutes, and in no hurry ) which tells me the hotel has done service coaching with colleagues, and this has been landed. Well done. 👏👏👏 Some recognition: the guy at Timmy’s bar, a very lively chap who remembered what I was drinking. And a staff member from the front bar. Champu, it was delightful to be served by her, very attentive, and she was good with all members and customers. First class. 👏👏👏 Thanks for an enjoyable stay. Will be back.
