Definitely one of the best stays I had in Phuket, nice area and amenities, the room is comfortable and love the food and pool too!

we family have such a wonderful experience at the Metadee Concept. We used to visit the Metadee resort and villas a lot. After they built this new hotel behind of villas. It is more convenient to enjoy both sides. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensure every details of our stay was perfect. Especially the newly open restaurant called Moon Terrace nestled in a charming corner of the hotel, offers an enchanting dining experience that is perfect foe a romantic night.

Nice looking hotel, big rooms. Cleaning not done thoroughly, only cleaned sheets 1 time during 4 day stay. No smoking allowed even on your own balcony. Asked for a vegetarian/vegan lunch pack but received 2 day old uneatable bread that even a monkey won’t accept and some fruit… (see picture) For the rest it’s a pretty decent hotel, guard was friendly, could park my car in front of my room. One of the chef’s making the Indian/pakistani food also was very friendly.

Good and clean facilities, nice designed room, friendly and qualified staffs...I will consider to stay there once again, in my next trip to Phuket.

Pool and rooms are big - bed is pretty comfortable. There’s buggy service to bring you in and out of the hotel as it is a distance to the main road - but this means your rooms will be quiet away from the traffic and bar noise. However, do anticipate waiting time can go up it in during busy hours when returning to the hotel. Stayed in the resort room concept - does look dated but the floors are clean. The rooms at the modern concept looks newer. Breakfast is ok but can do better if they are positioning as 5 star. Overall service is ok. Two things: 1) they need to have more staff at the breakfast buffet area on the weekdays (Sunday staffing was sufficient and not straining on the staff) and 2) they should indicate the pricing, if the hotel charges, of the items which are commonly free for guests to take away - in this case, such as the disposable laundry bag. It’s ok to charge them if the hotel wants to. The staff at the check out counter could have handled the situation better.

Very much enjoyed my vacation there. Too bad we only stayed for one night, but definitely will go back to this hotel if we are going to Phuket again. Room is very big, environment is good, lot of tourists but you wont feel noisy. Only thing not good is the distance walking out from hotel to the streets 😂

It’s was a beautiful hotel but I ended up getting food poisoning from the breakfast on the first day, it was a long 2 days but eventually I got out of it. Other then that the staff was helpful when they could understand what I was trying to communicate, a little disorganized at times but they always found a way to help. It’s a little bit of a walk each time from the main road but it’s private and beautiful layout with great rooms.

Terrible stay at this hotel. Room was dirty, marks on the floor, broken flooring, brown marks on the wall by the toilet. Food for breakfast was the worst we had, flies all over the items and hardly any choice, often empty platters from the buffet. Hotel itself seemed a bit dated and overpriced considering we stayed at much nicer hotels for less in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Koh Yao. Avoid this hotel and try somewhere else!

This hotel shows discriminate to Chinese people. The reception offers the worst room to Chinese，usually the tail room or the room at the corner. If you want to change the room you have to fight with the reception staff，which is annoying cause we are going vacation，not to fight around. The attitude of staff are wired，sometimes even rude. Hate that！Chinese people paid high price for the room and what we got is the worst room and rude service！Please avoid this ****** hotel.
