This is my second stay at this hotel. I really appreciate its quiet location, the nearby shops, and the staff.

Beautiful hotel, very cost effective, lots of activities in the hotel, you don't have to walk for long time to reach walking street. Party all night and walk easily to the room. No lift. Don't blame. You get what you pay for.

Who is the scammer I don’t know, it would be my hotel Phuket or Trip.com. 1st of all I booked superior king or queen room for 3 night. But they were serve us standard room . Is was totally normal & everything was broken . It’s was a terrible 3 day for our families. Everything was broken. TV had no any cable connection. AC was a Hitter machine. In my life it was the bad experience . Bathroom commode was Broken. I am totally upset . If any one go there please 1st of survey the room then you will go. Either you book superior but you have to stay standard type room .

Clean with a decent view. We stayed in the portion without an elevator which ****** after a long day. The location is off the main road a bit so it’s quieter so you can sleep better. There is a convenient laundry service close by. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The beach is only a ten minute walk away. Bangla walking road is also fairly close, less than 10 minutes.

I stayed at My Hotel Phuket for the second time. The location is very convenient — just a few minutes to the beach, close to Bangla Road, shops and restaurants, everything is nearby. If you plan to be out most of the time and just sleep in the room, it’s a good option. The rooms are simple, cleaning is regular, but the furniture and bathroom are quite worn, and the soundproofing is poor. There was an unpleasant moment at check-in: at first they tried to give me a room in another building, simpler and cheaper than the one I had booked. Also, there is construction right next to that building, and the noise is especially noticeable there. After I asked for clarification, the issue was resolved and I received the correct room category, but the situation still left a bad feeling. Overall, in terms of price and location it’s acceptable, but the service should be more attentive to guests.
