The hotel lobby and surrounding areas are clean and visually appealing, which gave a good first impression. However, the rooms in Building 5 could use some maintenance. The toilet is quite small and lacks proper ventilation, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
I also experienced an issue during check in regarding the deposit. The receptionist insisted on a 2,000 baht deposit per room. I asked if it could be reduced since we booked two rooms, but she refused. A day before checkout, I requested to switch the deposit to USD instead so I could get my baht back. She then mentioned that USD was an option from day one, something she hadn’t informed us earlier and she still refused to make the exchange.
Fortunately, another staff member stepped in later and helped resolve the issue, which I truly appreciate. Her assistance made a big difference.
Overall, the hotel has potential with its nice surroundings and helpful staff, but the rooms and communication at the reception could definitely be improved.

Super convenient location and with friendly staffs always. Hotel accommodate to our request on free deco too which is super nice and meaningful!!

After the check in they ask us for a deposit 100$ or 3000 thai bhat.
we found the room so bad , old furniture bad facilities some of them not working and the room so small and the TV is ancient.
I asked to shorten my stay and refund the rest days but they refused. Then I asked to change the room and they offered a better one not very good but at least better.
Limited options of food but in general is not bad .
The staff are not listening a lot to us after few seconds they start talking, I think they need more training for how to deal with the guests.

The hotel was nice. We enjoyed our stay there. Walking distance to the beach and Bangla road. The hotel has 2 beautiful pools. Breakfast was just okay, it is almost the same everyday so after a few days we got tired of it.

當時定主要是看在地理位置，離班贊海鮮市場和酒吧街都不遠，並且還不吵，但是可能是我當時定沒注意房型，還是説前台沒給我安排，我們的房間在辦理入住這一棟，看小紅書説對面的新樓環境很好，大家預訂或者入住一定要選新樓，我們這邊衞生感覺不好，床單是洗過但是有大片黃漬還在使用，衞生間衞生很差，馬桶感覺像沒有擦過，有使用痕跡，而且味很沖，第二設施老舊，水質差，我們帶了過濾淋浴，放了一會水就黑了，注意是黑了，不是黃，太嚇人。我們去的時候屬於淡季，但是感覺人員太不充足，入住等了很久，且沒有人關注你一直在等待，試圖叫前台，很多當作沒聽到，有的衹會讓你再等，很冷漠。行李寄存接待的兩個小哥特別好，點名表揚，很熱情，因為房間放不到熱水，前台又不理人，我衹能去跟行李小哥反饋，他又幫我去跟前台説的，最後解決，總之來這家酒店一定要住新樓，帶過濾花灑，第三別指望服務
