Great place to stay. Staff Daniel and David were very helpful. We got to the villa late in the evening. Daniel came right away from the office and checked us in promptly and setup breakfast service for next day. ACs in all bedrooms and two of the rooms had the view of the Big Budda. Nice quiet neighborhood. Fans on the ground floor to circulate the air through the ground level. We had car so it was very easy to get around and only 5 min drive to beach. Very nice daily cleaned pool at the villa. Also we were allowed to used the infinity pool with a nice view of Kata area from top and gym at Kata hill’s other location within 5 min of the villa. Daily breakfast was delicious and made fresh infront of you the in the kitchen and cleaned up throughly after breakfast was done: very clean place and lots of space to move around inside for our family. included a washer right outside of the villa for private use . Master bedroom has a nice sit out place, can use some chairs and table. Private gated parking infront of the villa and plenaty of private safe parking outside as well. Very nice sit out space in front of the villa to eat meals and just hangout or work with nice table and chairs. Overall great stay. WiFi works well throughout the villa.

We had a very nice stay, so much so that we even checked in there a second time during the same vacation. The background was another hotel with which we were unfortunately not at all satisfied. The hotel has a very large and beautifully landscaped pool. The rooms are well furnished, unfortunately a bit noisy. During our second stay we had very noisy neighbors, which meant we were able to observe this very closely. The location is OK and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has its own cafe with good food, good coffee and very tasty desserts. Wat Chalong and Chalong Pier can be reached very quickly. However, you should generally rent a vehicle as other places are more difficult to reach. We would go there again.

I especially like this hotel, suitable for people who like to stay quiet. The room is very clean and comfortable. It has a balcony and a kitchen. It can be said that although the sparrow is small and well-equipped, I admire the designer's use of the space so well. There is a swimming pool on the roof, and there is a 360-degree view of the scenery, there are mountains, there is the sea, facing the sea breeze, looking at the blocks, sea, and mountains not far away, you will feel very comfortable. In addition, the location of this hotel is also good, very convenient, there are supermarkets, small shopping malls, and stalls around, which can perfectly meet the needs of daily life. The hotel's front desk service and sanitation service are also in place, very good, and actively help solve any problems. All in all, I like this hotel very much and highly recommend it. Note: Many Europeans and Americans live here for a long time. I also lived there for eleven days before. It is very convenient to travel in Phuket by renting a car or riding a motorcycle.

For the money it’s decent enough £80 for 3 nights, it’s not major luxury by any stretch but the room is clean, the bed is comfy, the pool is ideal to cool down after being out all day free water dispenser next to front office and location is around 18-20 minutes from most attractions by moped. There are a few little shops near and a small grocery store maybe 10-15 minutes walk, 3-4 on moped. A moped rental about 7 minutes walk, a laundrette and restaurant opposite probably 3-4 minute walk even in flip flops. The young guy who runs the place is really nice and helpful. If I return to Phuket and wanted to stop over this side of the city I would definitely use the place again, also the street is really quite.

Pennapa Chalet is a nice little budget place with a pretty shaded swimming pool tucked away behind Soi Taiad (Fitness Street) in Chalong. The st,andard rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is ideal for visiting the gyms and training centres. Not much else to do in the area apart from Chalong Temple which is worth a visit. The really outstanding thing for me at Pennapa Chalet though, was the helpfulness of the host Chai. Due to a mixup I left without paying for the room and was back in Phuket Town before Chai contacted me. Instead of making a fuss he made the hour round trip to meet me at my next place and brushed away my apologies. Absolutely outstanding genuine service - thank you Chai!
