Marriott Vacation Club Hotels in Phuket

All was good but the first day they try by All means to make you buy 10000 bath and they give you 2000 bath which not included any discount so you can’t really use it because I am a Marriott member , it was really a scam for me and I was very very upset and angry and I will never book this hotel again plus the activities they do mostly in the hotel you can check are either 7 am which is not logic for a vacation or either for half an hour around 6 pm which doesn’t make sense half an hour , and the hôtel after 7 pm nothing to do zero activity and nothing for kids . But cleaning and service are good and the room also very good

The room is big enough, with complete bedroom, bathroom and kitchen facilities, except that the decoration is a bit old. I stayed for 3 nights, on August 31st/August 1st and August 3rd. The first two nights were on the 4th floor, and there was no musty smell in the room. The last night was on the first floor, and the room was very musty. After the first two nights, my clothes were left in the closet. When I checked out on the 3rd, I found that a piece of clothing was missing from my luggage. It should have been left when I checked out on the 1st. When I came back to stay on the 3rd, I asked the staff to coordinate and found it. The service is very good, and the external environment is also very good. It is recommended for family travel.
