The location is so beautiful in the center of Tam Ky city, but the equipment system seems to be degraded, the air conditioner is noisy, the ventilation fan in the nvs can't turn off, making me sleep all night. The breakfast buffet service is extremely bad when the hotel has a very large number of guests the same day, but the food was not added, the food was cold, fishy, after eating me had a stomachache. The dining room staff was really boring, fortunately the front desk staff was super enthusiastic.

We booked a three bedroom suite for three nights. The suite was spacious and clean. The swimming area was well maintained and very good for kids who just wanted to play in the water. The hotel was right next to the beach and the beach was clean and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. A good balance between western and Asian food. It got a bit crowded and it would be great if the place had air con. The location is not bad. It took us around 40 minutes to get to Da Nang airport and around 20 minutes to go to Hoi An old town. Overall, this is very good resort to spend a few days with young kids. At a very affordable price.

Although I deliberately chose a place far away from the lakeshore as a resort, it's a pity for one night. It's better to have a good rest in three or four days There is nothing other than the resort, so be sure to buy snacks before going. There are many programs in the resort. It's good to have a rest. We stayed here in March for the duration of our stay in hoi an . We initially booked 8 nights but we changed it to 9 . The place is very clean and safe . Ie there is staff at reception till midnight and security in the day and night . There is also cctv. The rooms are comfy and clean , the bedding always smelled nice and clean . The marble bath is to die for if you like a good soak in the bath . The room has a tv , air con , fridge with stocked mini bar and you get water free daily . Mini bar prices are same prices of the shops locally. Breakfast was nice , Asian style breakfast such as rice , stir fry , tropical fruits , egg , roasts etc , staff are kind enough to fry an egg if requested . Lona, Anh, Kim who worked on the desk were absolutely wonderful and very sweet and kind . We enjoyed talking to them everyday . Nothing was too much trouble and they was always very helpful to our needs and stuff we needed such as taxis and scooter hire . They are very chatty , speak English and they really made our stay enjoyable . We really enjoyed speaking with them and they really are the sweetest and kindest and sincere Vietnamese people we’ve ever met . We was sad when our holiday ended , they truly are a ray of sunshine . For about 500,000 won per night, you can live in a pool villa that will make you feel rich! However, due to poor management during the Corona period, there are parts of the facility that are not well maintained compared to the year of construction. There is peeling of the wooden deck and discoloration of the fabric chairs. Facilities include billiards, table tennis, a kids' club, a gym, and a swimming pool, but compared to Korean resorts, the facilities feel a bit lacking, and it's a shame that there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. The staff are all friendly and greet each other well. However, the English pronunciation was sometimes difficult to understand. But it's good value for money and it's not crowded, so it's great for swimming! Also, the sea sunrise seen from the pool villa is really pretty~

I had the most incredible experience during my visit to Vinpearl Nam Hoi An! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunningly beautiful setting. Vinpearl Nam Hoi An exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway.

Since the location is in Nam Hoi An, the Grab cost to Hoi An is about 270,000 dong. Since there are three shuttles, it is not too inconvenient. However, when I take Grab late at night, it's so remote... it's a country road with no street lights, so I'm a little scared. And, in keeping with wellness, the resort's eco-friendly landscaping, swimming pool, and buildings are truly beautiful. but. There is a strong atmosphere in the resort that favors Europeans. First of all, the height of the sink is not the size of the Asian area. During breakfast, the staff speaks English to Europeans and serves them with a smile. I never talk to Koreans or Chinese people. When you ask for something, their expression hardens. Maybe that's why I saw a lot of Europeans in the resort. Actually, if you look at the facilities alone, it could be given 5 stars. There is a reason why it is rated 4 stars. I stayed for 2 days. This is my first experience at a resort that does not clean rooms or provide water. It definitely gives me the feeling that Asians really get on my nerves. Well, it was good because I couldn't hear the same Korean voice, but... I didn't feel good because it felt so racist. Even the 3-stars clean the room and provide water...yikes.

I chose this homestay away from the city but it was convenient to get to the ancient town. The host family is very friendly even though there is a language barrier. We experienced rain and sun in Hoi An and both days were perfect. We enjoyed the pool which also had floats. The room was big and spacious. Area is peaceful and view from room is serene. Will definitely recommend this to everyone.
