Non ho mai visto un hotel peggiore di questo. Per non parlare dello staff maleducatissimo. Non rispondono neppure al saluto. Dovrebbero chiudere sia l’hotel con quelle camere sporche, che il ristorante che serve cibo precotto. Per non parlare della mancanza di sapone e acqua calda in camera. Mai più. Lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti

Hotel 4 stelle, ma forse un po’ datato. Necessaria una rinfrescata delle camere. Colazione a buffet da rivedere per qualità e quantità prodotti offerti. Personale cordiale, hotel molto pulito situato in una zona di Piacenza, a mio avviso pessima, ma comoda per l’autostrada.

I've stayed at this hotel before and I only returned as it is so convenient for the Piacenza Expo. Everything feels a little dated and the rooms look a little tired. The restaurant is expensive and the choices are limited. In fact for decent food just walk around the corner to the local trucker's cafe and get a great meal for half the price of the hotel. Now assuming you're staying here on business be warned that the internet is very unstable. It will drop out multiple times, which is incredibly frustrating if you're trying to work remotely while staying here. On the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel un po' scarso colazione scarsissima. Doccia senza acqua calda .insomma hotel da evitare in tutto e per tutto.personale scortese. L'unica cosa positiva le stanze grande. Troppo deodorante nelle stanze . hotel da 2 stelle non di più .

Sono un'esperta guida turistica ed ho soggiornato con un grp in questo hotel per il week end dell'Immacolata. La struttura è gradevole e le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Qualche problema con il riscaldamento in qualcuna. Ottima la ristorazione, lo chef Giulio cucina piatti semplici ma gustosi e con materie di qualità. La colazione molto buona con il dolce ma un po' carente sul salato. Gentilissime, disponibili e pazienti le ragazze in sala colazioni e ristoranti, Peccato la rigidità della titolare su certe situazioni, poi risolte. Buona posizione vicinissima all'uscita autostradale. Nel complesso la struttura è valida.

Hotel non all'altezza delle 4 stelle che porta, portineria chiusa dalle 24 alle 7, WiFi non si sa se ci sia (non ci è stato detto nulla, non abbiamo chiesto perché cmq non ne avevamo bisogno ma di base la password si dà..), camera brutta esteticamente così come il bagno, colazione solo dalle 7, uscendo alle 6.30 per lavoro neanche la possibilità di avere qualcosa da portare via perché non c'è nessuno in hotel per potercelo preparare.. Al ristorante la qualità non è male, anche se nella mezza pensione si ha pochissima scelta, inoltre receptionist e cameriera sono sempre la stessa persona, lasciando in attesa le persone da una parte all'altra. Se trovate altro allo stesso prezzo, andate via.
