Service was amazing, we were able to check in half an hour before. Outside swimming was open in april.
The experience at the spa was amazing. Many different options i the main pool, 3 saunas and outside jacuzzi
Food was delicious and great variety. We will definitely repeat!

Me parecio fatal que la bebida, ni siquiera el agua, este incluido en la media pension, a parte la calidad de la comida era regular, la merluza no tenia sabor el acompañamiento de tres, literalmente, 3 almejas es escasa y asi podia hablar se todos los platos incluidos los postres, el brownie seco, el pastel de queso malo, no sabia nada a queso. En el bufet me decepciono la sopa de huevo que a mi entender tenia que ser huevo revuelto crudo, los donuts eran del dia anterior, punto a favor la variedad de zumos y de leche y el bizcocho muy jugoso. El circuito termal de 9, Todo funcionaba bien, la unica pega era que habian muchas personal maquilladas exageradamente y utilizando accesorios, pendietes, etc.. La babitacion confortable, dos camas individuales ajuntadas, con opcion a una tercera almohada y otra manta por si se tiene frio. Lo que peor me sento fue la bebida, me parecio super cutre que no entre ni una miserable botella de agua, aunque hubiera entrado abria pedido vino pero es el detalle, feisimo. Igual de cutre que si yo hubiera pedido agua de grifo.

I had to choose a month in advance what time I was going to enter the spa only to find it overcrowded. In the room you could hear a lot of noise when they prepare and clean up the classrooms. Until 11:30 p.m. moving the tables and then the next day all afternoon. The food is not up to the €32 you pay for the thermal menu. The same as paying €2.80 for a coffee. I was disappointed, I had very high expectations for the hotel.
