When we arrived, the hotel was nearly fully-booked. But the personnel on the desk had time to show the free room types live and finally she could find us a very nice room with the awesome view from the window to the lake Pielinen, very pleasant service from her. Not a surprise that these views have innovated Finnish poets in the past. The self hotel is at the top of Koli national park, very unique and fine. When enjoying a good breakfast, there was also a nice view from the restaurant to the lake district. The sports activities were nice and enjoyable, thanks to the terrain and the sun also.

Excellent hotel with beatiful views. Spa was really nice and quiet atleast in middle of the week, also the staff was very positive! Room was great with scenic nature view. There was a prime minister fireplace near the hotel and it was well kept during winter time. I recommend higly visiting there, and you can buy some firewood from the reception. Hotel restaurant was a bit over priced in my opinion.

Visited here Oct2023 and probably missed a lot because of snowstorm + cloudy weekend. National Park starts from door and is amazing like they always are. Hotel itself is proper but serves nothing special. Spa was closed and rooms were just standart. Restaurant was okay (normal S-group selection). Positive thing was hand-made karelian pies - dont give these away...

8月初旬に2泊しました。10数年ぶりの訪問です。
散策コースが近く、日の出、日の入りの素晴らしい景色を堪能することができた。太陽の動きがゆっくりで時間もゆっくり流れていきます。
ベリー摘みには少し遅い時期だけど、所々に食べ頃のおいしいブルーベリーが残っていて、摘むのに熱中しました。
ヨエンスーへのバスは平日のみの運行で8:40発の1本しかない（昔あったシャトルタクシーはなくなったみたい）。せめて昼の便だったらもう少しゆっくりできるし、電車との接続も良かったんだけどな。
スパは有料なので利用しなかったが、サウナは空いていてのんびり入れた。

Mukava hotelli, erittäin hyvällä paikalla! Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja pidin huoneiden teemoista. Mukavia "mökkimäisiä" yksityiskohtia kuten tikkataulut, Reinojen lainaus ja neulontatarpeet aulassa. Oli oikein hyvä päätös viettää yksi yö hotellissa kahden luonnossa vietetyn yön jälkeen.
Hyvä aamupala, mutta erityisruokavaliot pitäisi olla merkittynä paremmin (esim. laktoositonta ei ollut merkitty jälkiruokapöytään ollenkaan).
Miinusta lisäksi siitä, että äänieristys käytävään oli tosi huono. Heräsin kahdeksan aikaan kilinään kun siistijä kokosi kärryynsä juomalaseja. Lisäksi spassa ei toiminut yksi allas, jota odotin eniten. Sitä ei saatu päälle henkilökunnalle ilmoituksesta huolimatta.

Do not visit this spa if it is even a little busy. We visited on a Saturday and it was the opposite of relaxing. The spa is very small, so don't let the pictures fool you. The temperature of the pools was not warm which made it difficult to enjoy your time in the ourdoor pools as well as the jacuzzi. Staff was very accommodating but it did little to help the experience. Price is high for something like this. Look entertainment elsewhere or visit when very quiet.

フィンランドを代表する景勝地Ukko Koliやスキー場に隣接するリゾートホテル。ホテルは山の頂上にあり、低層で横に広がっています。眺めにこだわるなら、湖側の部屋をリクエストすると良いでしょう。建物は古いですがよくリノベーションをされていて、スタンダードルームでも十分な広さと清潔さを持っています。車でのアクセスのみです。駐車場からは短いケーブルカーで上ります。宿泊者専用の駐車場ではないので、行楽シーズンは直近のP1が満車のことがあります。その場合は一度ホテル前で荷物を下ろし、P2に停める必要があります。 このホテルのすばらしさはなんと言っても絶景のレストランやSPAです。レストランは"Grill It"と"Kahpitsa"(PIZZA)の2つがあります（2021年現在）。Grill Itの方が少し高級ですが、他の都市にもあるレストランなので、よりローカルなフードを食べたい場合は外で食べるのがいいでしょう。"Kahpitsa"ではドリンクやアイスクリームも売っています。価格も良心的です。 S-Market等との共通のSカードがあればレストランで割引きがあります。Sokosはどこに行っても安心のホテルです。Koliへの旅行で失敗したくない場合にはベストなチョイスですが、あくまで大衆的なホテルなので、より冒険したい場合はサマーコテージやB&Bに宿泊するのがいいでしょう。

Hotelli on upealla paikalla, huoneet mukavat ja kylpylä hieno. Parasta Kolin ulkoilualueen läheisyys. Ainoa miinus sisäänkirjautumisen myöhäinen ajankohta, klo 16, joka venyi vielä lähes puoli tuntia myöhäisemmäksi.

Zeker een goed hotel maar: de kamers zijn aan de kleine kant, ook de superior kamer die wij hadden. Het is een kleine meerprijs . De reisagent zei dat het uitzicht op het meer beter was, maar er staan hoge dennen voor zodat je enkel doorkijkjes hebt. Zo te zien is dat bij bijna alle superior kamers zo. Geniet beter buiten van het uitzicht of vanuit het restaurant. Het hotel is bezig met een nodige opknapbeurt van de kamers. De sauna is een aanrader, gratis voor de gasten, apart voor mannen en vrouwen. De spa hebben we niet gebruikt. De ligging van het hotel is heel mooi. Er is een tramlift van de parking beneden tot het hotel, maar je kan de weg naast de tramlift omhoog rijden om de bagage af te zetten.
