Property is badly in need of updating... paint in the bathroom was peeling; lots of bumps, dings, holes in the walls that need to be repaired; drink machines in breakfast area out of order; coffee machine in the room was sketchy; train runs right by motel - 4 am horn blasting all the way past the hotel.
Beds & pillows were good though!

We got two rooms, neither door was secure. Even after pulling the doors shut with force, the doors would not latch and could be pushed open. Showers were lukewarm and water pressure was lacking. The breakfast foods were low quality and unsatisfying.

This place is horrible and the management is even worse! The pool is COLD, lock on the room didn't work, hotel smelled terrible, dingy & dirty! Then they charged my card without my consent and the manager refuses to take my call or call me back!

Worse stay in a hotel I ever had just about left in the middle of the night.very disappointing.when we walked in to check in the receptionist turned around and left and had to call on phone to get them back.pool is not heated so kids couldn't even swim them

The first room smelled like sewer and the next one of smoke. There were holes in the walls, the pool was freezing, and it was overall filthy.

Total disaster. Parking lot was not clean off of snow, no heat in the pool room, so door was propped open to hallway which is also a safety hazard. Room was dirty, hair and bugs esp in the corners, tv remote no back cover, paint peeling and splotchy, bed broken and had stuff underneath, microwave door difficult to shut, no chair in room. We were booked for two night, but left and went to a different hotel for the second night. Also completely overpriced. Almost $300 for the two nights (one of which we spent elsewhere).

Fitness room was essentially a construction dumpsite, pool was broken and closed, doors out to parking area did not have working locks, expired food (yogurts) in breakfast area. Guy running the desk was doing his best. Property NOT AS ADVERTISED

The place had outdated and poor-quality furniture. The iron did not work, and the ironing board was about ready to fall apart.

Property wasn’t ready when I arrived. Couldn’t check in until 2 hours after check in time. Could tell that minimal cleaning was done. Had heat set on 85 and it was sweltering hot in there.
