Super lokatie, zeer gastvrije eigenaren. Appartement waren schoon en compleet ingericht. Veel te doen in de omgeving maar je kan je ook prima vermaken in en ronsom het appartement met zwembad, speeltuin en sauna.

Er is een reden dat we weer terug zijn gekomen! Wederom super ontvangen. Zeer kundig, behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaren. Lokatie/ ligging is echt perfect! Mooi traditioneel landhaus en van alle voorzieningen voorzien. Keuken, zwembad, sauna, speeltuin, gratis parkeren en Wifi. Netjes en schoon. Zeker niet de laatste keer dat we hier komen.

Echt een aanrader! Een mooi, goed verzorgd appartement op een prachtige centrale plek bij zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen! We werden hartelijk ontvangen! Bovendien weten deze mensen genoeg van de omgeving waardoor zij ook veel tips en tops kunnen geven! Kaprun en Zell am See liggen op zeer korte afstand met de auto, net als de liften! Het is er geweldig!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Landhaus Kitzblick. We were welcomed on arrival by Wibke, who took a lot of time to help us settle in and give us advice for places to visit in the local area. As we had arrived by train, Wibke drove us to the nearest supermarket to ensure we had food for our first evening meal. Although there wasn’t breakfast on offer, we could instead order deliciously fresh rolls and loaves each morning. The warm outdoor pool with a mountain view was a real treat - it was hard to keep our boys out of it! We stayed in Apar**ent Edelweiß which was extremely well-equipped, spacious and comfortable, with marvellous views from the balcony. We ate at the local traditional Austrian Gasthaus on our last evening - Samer Matzen - as recommended by Wibke and we weren’t disappointed! A fine way to end our stay in the area.

Wir haben uns hier sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und die Gastgeberin kümmert sich mit Leib und Seele um ihre Gäste. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und hier könnten wir direkt in die Erholung starten. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wibke en Bart zijn ontzettend gastvrij en zorgen ervoor dat je je gelijk thuis voelt. De prachtige locatie laat alles samenkomen tot een perfecte vakantie. Ons appartement was ruim en volledig. Onze kinderen hadden samen een kamer en dat beviel ook dit jaar (2de jaar) heel goed. De accommodatie biedt daarbij een zwembad, een bbq en een sauna, waar je gebruik van mag maken. Wibke helpt je graag om de omgeving te ontdekken en heeft volop ideeën om jouw vakantie geslaagd te maken. Met haar ervaring en haar enthousiasme neemt ze je gemakkelijk mee in hoe mooi het in Oostenrijk is. Tel daarbij op de activiteiten die er in de omgeving te doen zijn: -Zwemmen in Zell am See - drakentocht in Zell am See (speurtocht in de bergen voor kinderen) - trollentocht in Saalbach (ook een speurtocht/ ontdekkingstocht voor kinderen) - de mooie restaurant naast het meer in Zell am See - de gratis zwemplekken in het meer met mogelijkheid tot suppen, kayakken, bootje huren, etc. - bezoeken Klamm - watervallen - en dit is maar een minimale opsomming van alles wat er te doen is. En je hebt met recht een droomvakantie!!

Neat, clean and spacious rooms. The hosts Bart and Wibke are the best and made us feel at home away from home. Amazing mountain views from the room. The guesthouse is close to major ski areas and is easy to reach from innsbruck. In the summertime guests can use the pool and there is a sauna available.
