The staff was very friendly, the rooms had everything I needed. The hotel is convinced because it is in the city centre. The security was ok, The breakfast and the kitchen staff was excellent, I will definitely return.

Everything is perfect besides the bathroom sliding door it was giving us problems. Well besides that Everything was Perfect and we Enjoyed🤍 and we enjoyed swimming as well it was really fun. We definitely coming Back ❤️

It was a very horrible experience. There was no hot water, especially at night or early morning. Booked 3 nights, spent two and left as i was sick from the cold water. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The breakfast was good.

Filthiest place I've ever booked. I did not even stay the night. It was better to forfeit my rooms and drive all the way to Durban in the night. - No safe parking, instead you are asked to double park and they will wake you up to move your car should someone need to drive out and are parked in - you MUST choose your breakfast choice on arrival, no choice in the morning - rooms are filthy - stairs going to rooms are uneven and unsafe I must complement the photographer, the pictures are chock and cheese compared to the place. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Every thing is just normal but if they can improve in my room shower was not smooth water was coming very hot and when you open cold water there wew coming very cold . The staff does not offer to help with luggage knowing that there is no lift to the third floor. On my arrival I complained that the bed was not made properly it seems some one ha slep in the bed after it was made . I was told house keeping has gone there is nothing she can do .

Dirty towels, cold water, only the dining room was perfect and the food was nice. …………………………………the place need to be repainted. Need to upgrade the linen. The glass between the bedroom and toilet needs to be darker so that you can’t see when a person is bathing since it’s family room not honeymoon suite

The place was good and the staff was friendly , but some few girls who were flirty and that made me very uncomfortable, I still have more trips in town but the girls at the hotel make me a bit skeptical about booking your place maybe in that dimension you need to emphasize your rules.

The rooms are not as aesthetically pleasing as the reception area. The kitchen, bathroom and shower taps all had issues moreover we didn't have hot water at some point. Renovations are highly recommended. The bedding and towels were in good condition.

On our arrival we ddnt find any toilet rolls in the bathroom,bathroom and bin was very dusty.Beds were wiggling n not comfortable we had to share beds because one of the beds was worse.Definitely not coming back.😒
