Il Residence Oleandro è il posto perfetto per una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità e del pieno confort in ogni cosa. Gli appartamenti sono belli, spaziosi, e totalmente comodi. Consiglio quelli con vista mare e terrazzo! Il meglio in assoluto

L'emplacement de la résidence est parfait : à 10 minutes à pied de la gare et des arrêts de bus, à 15 minutes du centre animé et de la plage.Au calme et dans la verdure ,les bougainvilliers,les oliviers et les citronniers. Les appartements sont de belles proportions,souvent avec une double exposition,terrasses ou balcons donnant sur la mer et /ou la montagne. Rien ne manque: transats,étendoir,vaisselle,batterie de cuisine de qualité...et surtout une propreté parfaite, dans les détails. Comme c'est appréciable, une piscine vraiment zen,bordée de romarin face à la montagne, et bien séparée de la piscine familiale! On y va pour le confort et le bon rapport qualité prix,et on y rencontre les propriétaires d'une gentillesse, d'un désir de satisfaire les pensionnaires, d'un professionalisme rares.On se sent en sécurité, rassuré par leur disponibilité et leur réactivité . Leur démarche eco-responsable est aussi appreciable Merci Mariangela et Pier Luigi pour nous faire sentir chez nous,chez vous!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war mit allem, was wir benötigten ausgestattet und der Aufpreis für den Meerblick lohnt sich allemal. Super war auch das Baby Set mit Bettchen, Hochstuhl und Badewanne. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Ligurien sehr genossen und können die Residence Oleandro bestens weiterempfehlen.

We had a fantastic 5 day break. Marieangela and her husband were great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival we were offered a bigger apar**ent, which was immaculate and appropriately equipped for the number of guests. Parking was provided on site free of charge which was an added bonus for us as we had a large van. There was also a secure area for my husband’s bike. The walk to and from the beach wasn’t as bad as I was expecting after reading previous reviews. There is a Lidl within a few minutes from the apar**ent. Having access to 2 swimming pools was a bonus. Plenty of seats around the pool. We bought breakfast every morning as the pastries & breads were delicious and were made on site each morning. The resort is lovely with lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, a great break and I can thoroughly recommend this residence. We hope to return one day. Thank you!

Un Residence situato in una zona tranquilla di Pietra Ligure a pochi minuti dal lungo mare. Questa struttura è dotato di appartamenti spaziosi, confortevoli e molto puliti. La Sig.ra Mariangela, la proprietaria, è un'ottima padrona di casa. Comunicativa e attenta al minimo dettaglio che rende questo grazioso Residence speciale.

Beautiful apar**ents with everything you need. Very welcoming and strict owners to ensure good management of their establishment. Don't forget to reserve parking, otherwise it's on the street, actually no problem. Two beautiful swimming pools, very pleasant after the sea or walks. It’s a shame that the residence is a little far from the beach and that only a few apar**ents have a sea view!

Il residence oleandro è una struttura ben gestita, al suo interno ha tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza in famiglia. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili a raccogliere le esigenze dei clienti. Camere ben strutturate, pulite, ordinate e di buone dimensioni. Molto belli gli spazi comuni sia al chiuso che all'aperto. Assolutamente consigliato!
