We went to this residence for New Year's Eve and they offered us a holiday house. Since we had never tried this experience, we really liked the idea. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed I think by the owner, who immediately accompanied us to our accommodation. Once inside, the environment is very warm and nice, but then the problems begin: the hot water doesn't come except intermittently, the glass roller shutter is partially destroyed, the gas ignition doesn't work, the television has a remote control that doesn't control much. In the morning we talk to the reception about the water problem and they tell us that they would solve it. When we return, the water still doesn't work, we call back and a lady comes and messes with something on the boiler and the hot water arrives. In the evening, ready to take a shower, the water doesn't work again. Requested intervention again, but since it was late, they offered us to move to another "holiday house" and gave us the keys. When we entered it was cold, without underwear and much more. I won't dwell further, I'll just say that having to leave a deposit as a guarantee for a poor product is out of place and in any case at least an apology would have been appreciated. For what we experienced, the quality/price ratio was decidedly negative, I'm sorry but I would never go back to such a place again. I hope at least that that "mobile home" will be put in order for the next customers.
