Check in was supposed to be at 4. We arrived at 4 and the lady informed me our room wasn’t ready. One of the gentleman spoke up and got us moved to another room and we were glad for that after being in Dollywood all morning. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. They were also clean and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The hallways had really dim lighting and It could definitely use some updating but overall we were pleased and would stay again. Their breakfast bar was nicer than most continental breakfasts at other hotels we’ve stayed at. If you are looking for a clean hotel at a decent price this would be a good option.

Wow and Wow!! Super Clean!! Matisha, Tash, Paula, Judy and so many others were Awesome!!! Happy employes are great for your guests!!! Breakfast was wonderful!!!! The best of the best!!!! One morning the cleaning crew was cleaning and singing!!!

Very comfortable stay. Richard at the front desk was very kind and informative. The pool area was nice, we just couldn’t hear ourselves talking due too tons of screaming children. Other than that it was a great experience. Would stay here again.

Very friendly staff! Pamela and Gabe were super helpful in helping my husband with our luggage. The room was very clean and we had a great view over the building. The breakfast was a little cold but good. The pool was beautiful although we didn’t swim this visit. We will be back in September.

The front desk service was great, Shacquille gave us a very warm welcome. The breakfast and amenities were also very good, including the sweet lady at the entrance. The bar service however was not so good, the first night the bartender barely paid attention to us. The second night, the three very different drinks we ordered all tasted like just sour mix. Lastly, there was a stained pillow in our room that was left there after being in clear view for the cleaners.

Great experience! Eric made check-in a breeze and explained everything so I would feel comfortable 😊 The room is very nice, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fireplace The family movie night was a good experience and free popcorn to boot 🎉
