They are located in the heart of pigeon forge. Super close to everything! Walking distance to a lot! The rooms were good, we don’t spend much time in the room while on vacation. They are putting in a lot of work to make your experience even better in future visit! The staff was so nice and friendly. Over all we will be back can’t wait to see the improvements they are making!

The hotel is very nice! Good service room clean! The hotel is located in the center of Pigeon Forge, easy to get in and out of the Great Smoky Mountains! Hotel supporting facilities are complete! The experience is very good! Will go again!

stayed here two nights. Our room was a king and a bunk room with two bunk beds. The AC would freeze the person in the king and the people in the bunks would be too hot. Our two granddaughters enjoyed the pool and splash pad, but did not get on the water slide. I thought the price was way too expensive for what you got. There were a lot of other activities, but you had to pay to do them.
