Some ongoing work in the hotel lobby made the entrance quite dirty and chaotic, however, the room was clean, tidy, and very large.

We absolutely loved staying here!! Everything was perfect,everyone was so very nice and extremely helpful.Beautiful new look,rooms were fantastic, couldn't ask for better.Everything was very,very clean,and well managed.Our room was always kept furnished with new toiletries daily,fresh towels and wash cloths,trash emptied.We are very impressed,Vincent is doing a remarkable job as Manager.Keep up the good work.We will return!! We enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. However, the beds were not very comfortable.

Stayed here for four nights and now family and I are suffering with horrible bed bug bites, and praying we didn't bring them home with us. We had two rooms on the 3rd floor. First, the floors were not vacuumed and overall cleanliness was not the best. Then there was an ant problem in one of our rooms. The pool didn't seem very clean either and the outdoor spa wasn't working. Front desk was not friendly at all and even sighed when I asked for additional blankets.

Pool was great, the indoor hot tub was not heating properly. The outdoor hot tub was functioning however it was dirty, not maintained. The rooms were a bit dated, wallpaper coming loose behind the beds and the mattresses were no longer comfortable. The breakfast was ok, gravy was cold and watered down. The best part of the stay was the heated, indoor pool, cleanliness and location.

Beds are always comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool was heated. All workers were helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that both hot tubs were dirty especially the outside hot tub. Had leaves and orher debris in them when me and my family went down to use. The rest of the stay went great.
