This is the best place we have stayed in Pigeon forge in a very long time. The whole motel was immaculate. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The guestroom was so much more than we expected. We are definitely staying there again.

This is our 2nd time staying at this place beautiful location to everything,
Pros- staff were nice, clean room, location is great
Cons- this time the breakfast wasnt the best il but its okay, and little things.
They are remodeling other then that its quiet and ill be back

I have to be honest, I was scared of what we will walk into when I read some of the reviews. Honestly, the hotel was VERY NICE! (coming from someone with OCD about hotels) Don't believe all you read! Keith at the front desk was very nice and had a great recommendation on best pizza...THX KEITH! Now, I will say being a pet friendly hotel the elevator did have a faint odor of dog when we checked in. BUT, was gone the next day and for the the remainder of the stay (3 days on 4th floor). Bed/pillows were very comfortable and room was very clean. The size of the TV was amazing and had FREE movie channels. Our only complaint was that breakfast was only served until 930am on the weekend. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs/sausage, biscuits/gravy, variety of muffins/bagels/breads/cereal and make your own waffle station. Hotel is close to activities/Pigeon Forge *****. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Somehow I accidentally booked a pet room & the Guy changed our room & I didn't even ask for a change. He even gave us an upgraded room for the same rate!!! We Loved the view outside our window seeing some of the lit up places along the *****. We hit it right with this place not only being a nice place, but it's CLOSE to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff is Great!!!

From the moment we walked through the front door you could feel that it was a clean. I left a note for the cleaning staff to leave extra towels and coffee with coffee cups. They fulfilled my request. I would stay here again.
