From start to finish this trip was nothing short of amazing at the Margaritaville located at the island in pigeon Forge and did more than exceeded our expectations. We have frequented the Margaritaville in Gatlinburg which are amazing as well. Words alone cannot explain the hospitality and wonderful experience this time for myself and family had for our child’s birthday. Three of their staff specifically went out of their way to make sure that it was a beyond special day! All of the staff from valet, front desk and housekeeping we’re all kind,aware and helpful. Kawana if you ever see this I want you to know I am forever grateful for meeting you. Your words, gestures and hugs to me and my children were so genuine and people like you are needed in this world!! Margaritaville you have wonderful people working for you!

We enjoy staying at Margaritaville island hotel when we visit Pigeon Forge. So much to do at the island and pretty much any amenity you could want! Lots of room types available!! Staff is friendly and helpful!

They were doing some work on the property so you couldn’t get to the rooms from the main lobby but that was just a minor inconvenience. Like every other Margaritaville I’ve stayed at the staff was friendly and the hotel was very nice.

Property is clean and staff are very nice! However, the fountain rooms are right next to loud speakers that play 2 songs with the synced fountain show every half hour from 10AM to after 11PM EVERY DAY. The music is controlled by the Island property management and not the hotel I was told. Don't plan on quiet or being able to sit on the balcony during these shows. I would have stayed in a river view room had I known this and it would have cost much less and I would have gotten much better sleep!
