We had connecting rooms and stayed four nights. It was the perfect location in Pigeon Forge. Loved the free pancake breakfast right across the street. There was so much to do within walking distance. Our granddaughter loved the nightly s'mores by the fireplace. Most of all the heated pool was perfect for our 6 year old granddaughter. Would definitely stay here again.

WHO puts a microwave and refrigerator in the bathroom? Arbor does. No room for anything else and had to plug in and unplug every time I used the outlet. Refrigerator froze my fruit that I brought with me. Not Impressed with my room. It was old and beat up furniture. Price of room was good. Shower was a nice walk-in. Very happy to get coupon for Reagan’s pancake house. Getting in and out is not easy. I won’t stay here again.

Please note elevator is out until sometime in May 2024, it is being replaced. This hotel is very quiet. When you put out the do not disturb, housekeeping doesn't bother you like some other hotels. The beds are not the softest, but better than other hotels I have stayed at. Small cosmetic things need fixed, like spots on bathroom ceiling, shower fan makes a loud noise, or a screw needs added to the door plate. I still liked this hotel and would stay again. You also get free pancakes and drink at either Reagan's House of Pancake or you can trade that in for a $5.99 all you can eat buffet. We got the buffet and it was delicious. Also, close walking distance to several places in Pigeon Forge.

We stay here every year and would never think of going anywhere else. Randy and Sam are the best. Very clean and all the staff are amazing.

Greta place to stay within walking distance of The Island and many other restaurants, attractions and stores. Hotel is updated and very nice. Front desk staff was all amazing!!!
