Very cute, clean for the most part, (floors were horrible) ONLY complaint is the front desk was very unfriendly and rude. Close to all the attractions, creek in back with benches, rocking chairs to sit in common area.Would absolutely stay again

Location was great. Parking lot was small but never too full building needs upgrading but not to the point that it’s uncomfortable I would stay here again we did see a roach in the loft bathroom but it could’ve been brought in by the previous guest.

Property was close to most everything.
Room NEEDS major updates! Some TLC would be an improvement. Shower curtain was broken and just hanging on by a thread. Looked horrible for $287.00 on Friday … I expected better. Front desk person when checking in on Thursday was very rude. There was NO southern hospitality to be found at this place.

Looks nice from outside, needs major updating inside room. Kinda is like National Lapoons Vacation type of vibe inside rooms.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful staff. We had an unpleasant experience trying to check in, but had hopes the clerk was just having a tough day and the rest of our stay would be nice. Our room had zero towels when we entered so back to the lobby we went and 6 hours after our check out we get a call saying they are charging us for the towels because they were missing. On my attempt to explain where they were left I was called a liar and told to return with the towels and I would be charged, I then asked to speak to someone else and was hung up on.

The accommodations were great for 7 people. The only complaint was sofa bed. The accompanying picture of room reservation showed a double bed in king bed room. It would have been nice to have some utensils, cups in room.
Besides these small requests, it worked out great for us.
