Room was fine. Loud air system at the room stayed in and night desk service attendant was rude and u welcoming and encouraged not to stay there once asked her reason for being rude so I will not be staying here again

We enjoyed our stay. This was our 3rd visit and we already plan on returning as soon as was can. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping and lots of activities.

nice stay with a 2&4 y/o. unfortunately the pool was very very cold even though it was indoors. the price was good for our trip to gatlinburg and it was nice to be able to walk to get a meal. breakfast at the hotel was very underwhelming. staff was friendly. pretty balconies and river.

Great property. Arrival desk agent was nice but not very informative and charged for room twice even tho booked through ******* had to wait for my card to be returned fees and a deductible so 220 hold on my card for no reason

My lower expectations from the bargain price were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and quality, and room was even preheated in the winter. Extensive hot breakfast was great! Very good value and I will stay again.

There was an Arctic blast that close the road getting into Pigeon Forge. I tried repeatedly to contact the manager and was always put off. ******* contacted this hotel three times, and they did agree that the roads had been closed, but they would not give a cancellation or let me change the reservation. The agent agreed with me that they were very unprofessional, and I would never ever consider staying at this hotel. Unprofessional. No Customer Service. No communication. And one of the front desk clerks did admit to ******* that the roads had been closed. Money grab from you nowhere!

The king room is very spacious with a big balcony. Very clean, comfortable bed, and good pillows. A/C works really well and cools room down quickly. The TV is small but works well. Water pressure in shower is pretty average. The hotel is older but has been renovated.

The last time we were here (two years ago) the place was getting dirty and bit run down. What a great change, new flooring in public areas, fleshly painted. Rooms all updated. Great place for the price. You can not beat the location. We really enjoyed this Hotel.
