I had no issues with the property. I did however have issues with *******. You didn’t get my reservation to them, I waited an hour and a half for the situation to get fixed by *******. Then set me up in a room I didn’t want. I asked for a room with a King bed and got 2 twins. This is absolutely a ruined experience, and it was because of *******. I want a full refund.

We showed up at 3:30am and the attendant was very welcoming.
Janet put together a great breakfast. Several different choices to choose from each of the 3 days.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice location, quiet even tho they were busy. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Only downside was a very dirty carpet which needed steam cleaned and an ice cold pool

Great location near many Pigeon Forge attractions. Room had been recently updated and was very clean and comfortable. The only thing on the downside of the room is that the water pressure was pretty poor in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the standard free breakfast you get in hotels like this. Nothing special, but there are several really good diners right near by.

All staff were very nice. I could tell the room was recently remodeled and it looked nice however, the workmanship was not great. The sliding bathroom door was missing paint in some places. Intallation glue can be seen in the sink. The room was still nice. The television remote was not the remote that came with the TV and it didn't work well. There was also a small spider web between the TV and the wall. I liked that the towels were replaced daily and the trash was emptied daily. The private balcony was nice. The location is convenient and in the center of many attractions. The road noise in the room was loud. I did not use the pool or the free breakfast. I would stay at this location again and would recommend it to others.

EXCEPTIONALLY clean room! Bed was so comfortable!!!!! Becca was great at check-in and previously on the phone! So much to do nearby! Great view of Pigeon Forge from balcony! The only bad thing is the parking situation. Very few parking spots above ground. Then to drive to the parking below is a very tight fit. There is ONE disabled parking space and it's not a convenient spot.

This hotel is very clean, staff is awesome and friendly. The rooms look just like you see them online. No surprises. Definitely will stay here again when we come back. There is plenty of parking and close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge.
