This hotel was so nasty! It had ********** in the bathtub and in the Jacuzzi and there was a nasty used wash rag in the jacuzzi a band-aide on the sheet please be aware of this nasty place

Last stay in 2022 was great but this last trip was my worst experience at a Wyndham hotel ever! The floors were very very dirty. The lady at front desk (morning shift) was very rude. Website says check in at 3pm but lobby sign say 4pm and the lady told me it would be after 4pm to check in no matter what. Only 2 towels, 2 wash rags and a floor towel. Heat/Air unit filters were nasty and it was falling apart. Had to make several trips to the office to get key card reset to unlock door and once the maintenance man had to come and fix door where it would unlock since it froze up. TV was very small (maybe a 32" at most) for a King Suite. Only 1 hr for entire hotel to eat breakfast with only choices of waffles or toast & jelly.

The actual worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Walked into the “non-smoking” king room, and the room reeked of cigarettes. We literally had to go to Walmart to get spray and candles because the front desk lady (who wasn’t even friendly?) said there was no rooms available. The floor was absolutely DISGUSTING, we wouldn’t even take off our socks or shoes to walk around. We literally had to ask for towels Friday night, Saturday, & Sunday morning and couldn’t get some because they were “dirty” or “in the laundry”. The trash cans outside were overflowing and beer cans all over the front parking spots. I really don’t know how this place is still open or in business. First thing I did when I got home was wash my clothes because they smelled like cigarettes just from sitting in my suitcase. Second was take a shower because that place is literal filth.

Staff are friendly. Rooms are pretty nice, I think the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The back of the main door had something on it like soda spray. Beds were weird and I wouldn't stay there again unless it was free.

Was giving a unclean room had someone elses clothes in there the 2nd room we got smelled like a carton of cigarettes wall was torn up no towels never received any either pool towel either

I didn't like waking up to bedbugs and then being told because we stayed all night there would be no refund for that night. Obviously, had we know they had bedbugs, we wouldn't have stayed at ALL!!!

This was the nastiest place I have ever planned to stay. We checked in at 11 pm. Went to our room there was hair in our bed. They had not been changed. They floors were dirty. There were no towels like others had said. We did not stay. I have called every few days and the manager will not refund my money. I had to finally call credit card company and let them deal with it. The condition of the room was terrible! The sink and tub were plugged up and didn't drain. There were stains and footprints on the bed linens, doors and walls. The door swing latch was missing the catch so anyone with a card reader could come in. They had tea bags but no hot water at the breakfast area. When I asked for some, the attendant was anoided and oddly stated she didn't know what tea bags were? There wasn't much of a selection there, the cereal was stale and the milk was watered down! You don't want to stay here.
