Apple Valley Inn Pigeon Forge

We stayed here for 5 nights on our Honeymoon in Suite 214. Despite the negative reviews we found in our search for accommodations, this property was a delight. Ms. Laura at the Front Desk, and CJ, member of the maintenance staff, were professional, warm and welcoming. The accommodations were spotless, and the room was well appointed. The Jacuzzi tub was a welcome feature and we made ample use of it. The housekeeping staff we encountered were all welcoming, warm and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful - be sure to try the maple cinnamon waffles! We spent one of our evenings in the Pool and Hot Tub, and found them to be clean and comfortable. The towels provided were new and fluffy. The only issue we came across was that not all of the jets were operating in the Hot Tub. We plan to revisit this location again!

As always this hotel is very clean and up to date. The rooms are very big and well laid out. Each room has a balcony. The continental breakfast is very good lots of variety. I love staying at this location. The beds are very comfortable. Has a nice size in door pool. I love the security at this hotel.

This place is a joke.. i made reservations at 2 the same day i was checking in and they charge my card before we arrived.. So where we didn’t make it in time to check in they charge the card and we didn’t have a room even for the next day.. lady said they was booked.. Later drove by the hotel maybe 2-3 cars all rooms wasn’t booked.. They are definitely scamming ppl badly cause guy a front desk couldn’t talk cause the lady that was doing all the talking was the owner and she was rude… Never give them your card number until you get there or don’t stay there period very shading place!!

The bed was very flat and uncomfortable, the bathtub was leaking, the door flap thing was broken and it looks like it was kicked in, and the AC unit was filthy. I think the only good thing is that it pet friendly.

Property was Newly renovated. New Flooring in rooms. , New paint., Plenty of Hot water for bathing. Window type Air conditioner produced Cold air. Red light to get out into Parkway Traffic which was a BIG Plus. .. Dirty laundry & Trash has to be placed outside door or taken to office for replacement.. The room also had NEW Frig, Microwave, and Coffee maker.. Ice Machine was working and produced plenty of ice. Window covering was worn but clean. My only problem with the property was we paid for 5 days up front ! We had an accident and really needed to go home! However Property would not reimburse us for unused nights so instead of loosing 3 nights we stayed with broken Glasses . We asked the Front Desk Clerk that was their every morning about $$$ back and he said NO. .So we stayed!

Originally planned a 2 night stay. We arrive was given a 1st floor room because of medical conditions . Once in the room I always check for bedbug. Thankfully found none but what I did see was filthy baseboards, horrid bathtub drain, no extra lock on door, unfinished trim, bedding that was stained and a filthy chair! Asked to leave but was going to be charge for 1 night so we were shown an upstairs room. This one was some better and we stayed. The 2nd room still didn't have a 2nd door lock, dirty bed topper, dirty baseboards, ughh. It could be good place but needs a good bit of work and SOMEONE to do work and cleaning!!

My husband and I met at a spot called, Apple Valley in Georgia 23 years ago. Now that we are retired in Tennessee, we decided to spend our anniversary in Tennessee to limit the lengthy driving and travel precautions. We found the 'Apple Valley Inn' near Pigeon Forge and made it right back to a place that is named same as our first meeting place! We could not be more pleased with everything about this quaint and peaceful place. From the beginning, Sashanna, the beautiful lady who helped us check in, treated us like family. She went above & beyond to make sure we had everything and more that we may need during our (4) night stay with them. We stayed on the 2nd floor in the room on the very end. It was quiet, clean, and perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the many surrounding attractions/restaurants that were mostly in walking distance. We were never bothered by any noise, staff, nor the other guests; it was so pleasant. Thank you Apple Valley for helping us go full circle back to the name where our love story began. Thank you Sashanna for going out of your way to welcome us. We hope to return soon as the world becomes a bit safer. We could not have chosen a more reasonable rated, clean, peaceful and nice place to spend our anniversary together. Thanks for making it special.

The motel is currently under renovation. Our room had been renovated and was very clean and comfortable. We always wipe the entire room down like we are performing a CSI investigation and the wipes all were completely clean. The front desk staff (Shashond) was awesome! She definitely made our stay enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this motel if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing stay in Pigeon Forge.

Crappy stinky cigarette smelling room with mattresses that are horrible, air conditioner that was last cleaned in 1988 dirt in the corners..I did not want to look under ANYTHING... and crappy amenities. No coffee maker, no hair dryer..just all in all a Sh#t hole. Oh and God forbid you leave anything in the room! They won't try and contact you to return it..it will be gone//supposedly discarded but I think we all know the truth. Do yourself a favor and keep looking..its not worth $0.02.
