Listen, do not pay full price. Go through Priceline and get it cheap and then you will not be quite so upset. The good: It’s close to all the fun. The rooms are spacious. The beds seemed clean. The AC worked. Great view of the Island from our room. Parking was ok. The bad: The floors were really, really dirty and the room had various things wrong or not very clean. Bathroom was clean-ish but toilet did not seem to be fully bolted down. BUT, we got a great deal on a 3 bedroom ‘suite’ (like $80 a night) on Priceline. If I had paid full price at like $250 a night, I would not have been happy.

Well when I booked the room on the site it told me 5 bucks needed to be paid when we arrived well when I get there it was 10 bucks and a 50 dollar deposit most be paid on a card. The room was good. My friend was in the pool she got cut on the top of her foot went to the desk to ask for a bandaid they didn't have any or did they have a first aid kit lucky that my husband had some in his medical bag. We didn't see any bugs on the beds in the room at all.

This hotel its very dirty and outdated. We booked this hotel for 4 days. When we entered room it was very dirty. Bed sheets had stains and they look like they didnt chage them from previous occupant. Looks like they just pull up the comforter and made it look like they clean it. Went to manager he said the stain on the sheets were from bed bug spray and this is what all the rooms were like. There was a hole under the door so bugs can get in. Remote control was broke and had no back. Floors were very dirty holes in back of tv. For 144.00 a night was a joke. We canceled are booking and found another hotel. Be very brave to stay at this hotel it a mess.

This is the best hotel for the money. It’s very close to the island and the pirate show. Definitely within walking distance. The manager Reggie is the best. He’s very accommodating, sweet and professional. I will definitely always stay here when I go to pigeon Forge.

I arrived a little after my wife did because I had to work Easter Sunday but when I arrived the parking lot was filthy and littered with trash. I got into the elevator to go to our room and there was inside panelling on the roof of the elevator. The elevator was junk because the controls didn't really work right it said I was on floor A when I was on floor 2. Apon entering our room the door didn't shut all the way and there was no inside top lock at all not to mention the gaping hole in the wall right behind the door. The walls weren't finished at all by that I mean there were spots where they just shoved toilet paper in the crack to fill the gap pictures below on that. We found 2 roaches during our stay and when we brought it up to the front desk the peach of a lady that was working it just said ok in a snotty tone. The light fixture in our bathroom had toilet paper shoved in it to fill the crack. They didn't offer anything but coffee and juice in the morning which everywhere else had breakfast. We left on the morning of April 6th and when we went to check out the night desk lady was rude and had a horrible attitude I told her it's room 201 checking out and she snatched the key from me and said bye in aa snotty tone overall if i could give this place negative stars i would dont waste our money on this crap hole

We had a room on the 7th floor, so we had a nice view from the outdoor walkway. This is a older hotel and needs to be updated in some ways. The room was huge. It had a sleeper sofa, and 4 chairs, not counting it had a coffee machine, ironing board, iron, hairdryer refrigerator and microwave. The vanity was large with two sinks. Our room only had 3 outlets in the whole room, no USB plugs. So, they need to add more outlets. And the room and vanity needed way more lights. Overall the room was clean, and the bed was nice, can't say that about the pillows, I would bring my own if I stayed there again. You can really hear the cars on the Parkway, so if you are a light sleeping, I would bring a noise machine. They have an indoor pool. And they don't have breakfast. But they did have coffee in the lobby. Overall, it was decent place to stay and a great location. I would stay there again.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at by far!! Would definitely not recommend if you have kids and want them to go to sleep without a lot of noise. I’m writing this now at midnight because you can’t sleep because you can hear everything! Hotel is run down and isn’t very clean. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

First, the pictures promoted online of the establishment could be considered false advertising compared to what you actually walk into. In no way do the photos online convey the absolute shambles that the building and rooms are in. We arrived late on Saturday and were greeted with trash around the front door and zero parking available. Half of the lights are missing or not operating from the roof line. The lobby is littered with homade printed signs and a large plastic barrier with a less that pleasant front desk attendant to greet you. The lobby smells musty and of smoke. The ice machine is rusted and taped together. There is graffiti inside the elevator. The roof top patio pictured online is littered with a huge broken sign. The rooms are even more laughable! When we arrived at our room the door lock was visibly missing a piece, thankfully it still locked! That would have been bad enough had it not been for the horrible state of the room itself. The room was missing several lights on the bed frames, several cabinet doors were broken and askew, cracked caulking along the sinks, dust along all the floor boards, holes in the walls, missing door knobs, an AC unit that was covered in dust and dirt, a missing remote, rust on several of the fire sprinklers heads, missing light switches, a phone that didn't work, drapes that didn't actually cover the window and stains on the chairs.
