This hotel is next to a small river, there are many ducks, and the scenery is good. It's just that the hotel towels and sheets are old

This was our third stay at this hotel. We were there for a marble show. The hotel is clean and the staff are amazing. The water view from every room is great. The hotel is off the main roads so it is also very quiet. Very nice breakfast. Will stay there again.

We stayed 4 nights. The complimentary breakfast was just right for us, not a big variety if you are a breakfast person. The rooms are all river front no surprise parking lot views upon check in. The price was very reasonable and you can get a discount with a direct reservation with the hotel. We liked that the location is NOT on the Parkway! You can get to the Island without getting on the Parkway by using Teaster Rd!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced. We almost stayed an extra night. Good breakfast, friendly staff, and the brook side balcony added to an already great experience and a**osphere. We are planning our next Pigeon Forge family trip and will definitely be lodging here.
