The pool was freezing but our room wasn't. A/c unit was broken. Told the front desk and they said they would put a ticket in for it. Over all good place to stay just off the ***** and very close to the island.

Great hotel and location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable but fine for a couplenights. It was quiet, clean, spacious and close to everything without being on the main ***** with all the noise and congestion.

Liked the beautiful river view, very close to everything. Breakfast was yummy! Liked the spacious rooms

We loved the lobby area, gas fireplace was great and we had the best Bloody Mary's at the bar..

Horrible staff was ridiculously rude, especially the guy at the check in for breakfast was gone for 10 minutes I got tired of waiting so I started fixing my plate, guy was rude and told me to check I. First I said I have been waiting for 10 minutes and he said to that I’m the only one here…… well Hilton that’s not my fault

A weekend getaway at Black Fox Lodge was exceptional. The lodge was clean. Room was spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful overlooking the river.

This place has definitely went down hill since our stay here two years ago. We had a few maintenance issues in our room that were remedied, but needed many prompts. The rooms looked very, very worn. We also were surprised that after cutting a finger, we asked for a bandaid at the front desk and was told they didn't have any, and directed to a drugstore down the street.

The Black Fox Lodge was great! The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The room was nice and super convenient to so many Pigeon Forge attractions. We will be back to this property!

Had a great new years weekend staying here. Took the riverwalk to the Island for New Years Eve! Had a blast! Definitely will come back!

Breakfast too expensive, bathroom shower out of body soap, front counter not too friendly, Great location, good cookies.

Great stay. Close to amenities. Very clean and attentive staff. My room didn’t have a hairdryer, but the front desk was able to remedy that. I was surprised to find that the breakfast was not complementary, but it was very good.

Place looked new and nicely designed/built. Restaurant was good and convenient.

Besides a slow draining sink, all was very good….clean and friendly. Close to what we wanted.
