Hotel Casa de Patio

Great services, good food, nice room, i booked this hotel earlier too, so me it was like a pleasant experience.

The place was clean and peaceful, the service was top notch. Definitely a must stay for your staycation with family or friends

Nice ambience and staff, and well maintained rooms and most priority to the cleanliness everywhere, and the swimming pool also maintained well

Jet spray wasn't working since the day of accommodation, breakfast not fresh, room service dept very slow

Both the night ac remote was not placed in the room. After complaint after first room night i requested in the morning to look into it and resolve but nobody cared. While returning hotel at 1am i asked at reception if the ac remote is kept or issue resolve, carelessly mentioned as its done and remote kept in the room which was not done. Had to come down 4 floors to personally as for remote gain as room doesn't hv intercom facility. Then person came with two remotes to sort but ended up asking me to change the room at 1. 30am. This is repeat complaint as previous stay the fan was not working and i had to change the room at 2am and they offered 20% discount on next booking but failed to understand the discomfort. And without availing discount i booked again and realized it that its for the time being they feel sorry but don't work on improving that mistake. Tried to reach makemytrip support but it kept popping up that service is not available.

No safety for ladies or family. No telephone in the room. Few staff's are very rude. If any emergency you need to go reception. No proper lighting in d room no:- 403. Lift doesn't work most of the times. Now imagine if yu r staying in 4th floor and no land line phone in the room and Lift doesn't work. Omg 😲 thiz was very terrible experience I were had. food was excellent. It was on time.

Good stay with a functional swimming pool. Staff are friendly and responsive. Overall, loved the experience

No hot water there! not impressed! felt like a bad choice! i would. Never go there! too pricy for what they have in there!

It was beyond our expectations. The hotel was so nice and peaceful. It was very neat and clean throughout the stay. The staff (mr. Sunny) was also very polite and co-operative. Though the breakfast menu is limited, you can't ask for much in this budget. Will recommend this for the budget trip/stay. Nice hotel! nice staff!
