Supposed to be our valentine day weekend but I called and called and called for get towels, pillows and blankets but never received them so once agin I have to go and get them my self please help me rectify this wrong to a right.

I was very disappointed with the Hampton Inn in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. In our room, the closet door was gone and no full length mirror, The shower handle in the bathtub was gone, there was a loose ceramic tile in the bathroom. The pool water was murky and had a smell to it. For $200 a night I expected more.

Everything was great. Nice location within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Hotel was clean. My only complaint is the occasional loud bumping noise from a nearby room. I would stay here again.

overall the stay was ok for the purpose, we had a wedding to go to. Our room however had an ac unit that could not be turned off, so we were pretty cold the whole time. We told the maid who promised to let maintenance know to shut iot off but that never happened.

Bathtub had mildew.
Pet fee of $100 when it says $75 everywhere. Breakfast was decent, tea selection was nice.
Beds were like lying on concrete, though concrete may have been more comfortable.
