All staff was super friendly. They went out of their way to help us with things. Facilities were well maintained and clean. Great pool with comfy chairs. Convenient location and the trolley stops right out front. Also the Columbia restaurant was right next door and was fantastic.

Room was nice. Had a hard time figuring out where the light switches were to turn off. We slept all night with a light on because we couldn’t find the light switch. Bed pillows were too flat. I requested additional pillows at the front desk but they never arrived.

Nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Nice pool side tiki bar with very friendly bar keeps. Friendly staff and helpful tips. The trolleys can take you all the way to St Pete beach, to North and South beaches of Clearwater and beyond if so inclined. Not part of the hectic part of the Clearwater beaches. So a quieter atmosphere.

We stayed in Mid May and we absolute love this place. It’s such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had some difficulties with luggage before we arrived which made us a day late checking in. However Mikel the concierge was incredible to work with and made our stay as pleasant and taken care of as possible. There is no doubt we will be back for years and years to come!! Stacey H.
