We come here annually for a family beach trip and have arrived after 12 midnight each time. Check-in has never been an issue until this time. An audit being ran is understandable however, the reception in which the communication was made to the guests, who drove over seven hours was lackluster. If you walk up to the reception area as an employee and you see a family with luggages, what do you ask? "Hi Guys, welcome to Hampton Inn, here to check-in or check-out?" A reception that is pleasant and shows concern and care for your guest. Amenities are as to be expected, it's the customer service.
