When I stayed at this hotel I noticed my debit balance was off even though I had enough in the account to cover my stay,when I checked my savings it was low .I later found out from my bank that thehotelhadplaced a $361 hold on my card and had charged $64.16 to my card on a night that was supposed to be free since I used my rewards points for that night.It wasn't til I called Wyndham and complained about this that the hold was lifted.The hotel refunded me the $64.16 a few days later but never refunded me my rewards points per requested since I used them under the false pretense that the night was free and nothing was charged to my card.. Wyndham sent me an email stating that the hotel had explained to me that this was a mistake done by staff,.This was a complete lie,It was never explained to me why this happened not was ever contacted by the owner or management.If you stay at this La Quinta inn watch out for them charging extras to your card without your knowledge.
