Wow, the hotel and cabins look a little shabby, they seem to be meticulously clean. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I had to leave my car there to get picked up by a holler, and they were kind enough to keep the key for me and make sure it got safely delivered to the transporter. The food in the restaurant was delicious and good quality. The waitstaff were friendly and helpful. The views from the dining room were beautiful. Whoever is cleaning the cabins does a really good job! Thank you!

Rather poor. No functional coffee maker, no dishwasher detergent, no toaster, noisy yard work at 8AM, entrance door was broken into and not repaired, plastic wrapped mattresses, not cleaned properly for us, breakfast was subpar, no service in breakfast area, the area was really nice and that's the only thing I did like. The Cabin looked high quality on the website but that's just not the case.

Lots of hiking trails within walking distance from the lodge. They have an amazing Thanksgiving Day buffet.

Room was clean but both sinks were clogged and had sludge in that had backed up. We could not brush our teeth or wash up. I told them about it and they offered no refund or anything. We won't go back.

Stopped late night, front desk very nice, room was clean, comfortable, kinda retro which we liked but well taken care of. Quiet, safe, beautiful view of mountains, pool, free breakfast, what more could you ask for?
