I really hate to write a poor review but this hotel desperately needs some help all around. I’m not here to be mean just to raise awareness to the standards not being met. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel, cleaning of carpets, and walls. I immediately wanted to checkout upon arrival because the room felt more like a motel 6. I didn’t bathe while there because I didn’t want to use the bathroom. I basically used the room as a place to sleep. I am a Hilton Honors member and have never experienced a hotel this bad. The front desk associates were nice but messed up the charge to my room. When I checked in I was asked which Amex to charge to for there was one on file. I gave my license and the correct Amex, however the woman informed me she was having trouble with the terminal. When I checked out this morning, I was not asked about my stay or greeted from the employee who was counting money at the front desk. I handed him my room cards and he said all was taken care of. When I arrived home I saw they had charged the original card I specifically asked not to be charged. I would urge the hotel to do better, strive for better standards, and until such time I wouldn’t recommend guests stay there.
