前台服務態度特別好，一進門就微笑打招呼，流暢的辦理入住手續，到了樓上，服務員也熱情的打招呼問好，感覺像老朋友一樣，進到房間，我驚呆了，沒想到我訂的那麼實惠的價格居然能住到這麼好的房間，非常的豪華，是我喜歡的風格，有一個大窗户，窗户旁邊是沙發，床軟軟的，房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，感覺像回到了家裡一樣，對於我這種愛乾淨的人來説是非常滿意的~酒店還有免費停車場哦！入住立刻享受免費停車，酒店六樓還有自助餐廳，提供早餐，很多種類，豐富多樣，對於我來説非常好吃，特別是特色煮米粉，很好吃！非常推薦各位朋友來體驗明月湖酒店熱情的服務與優質的房間！

帶著小孩老人家一共6人，疫情以後回平果老家，找酒店住8天，上網看評論柏曼酒店不錯，頂著試試看的心態訂了。誰知道這真的非常不錯，喜歡木地板的挺乾淨，沒煙味，床鋪很舒服，冷氣很足，頭上花灑很夠力，沐浴露洗髮水洗手液味道不錯，房間欠的就只差在沒有小冰箱跟保險箱了，但也不礙事。服務沒話說，前台熱情有禮貌，幫忙叫車也很主動，還幫忙收快遞，每天還有一款涼水在大堂隨便喝，讚啦！餐廳的早餐也不錯，要求不高的（在廣西還是走出去吃粉啦）餐廳附近是洗衣乾衣房（還有免費洗衣液、蒸氣掛燙）。還有這8天的幫我們清潔房間的阿姨（黃俏錦女士），很滿意她的服務，清理打掃很乾淨很仔細，我們小孩也跟她熟了，很像一家人感覺，謝謝她的服務！以後回來也會住這酒店！
