房間對面是東湖，站在窗前就可以欣賞湖景，白鷺鳥有時在窗前飛過，景色如畫。
附近有吃飯的地方，公交站也不遠。
房間整體設備齊全，乾淨。就是靠窗户附近的牆面壁紙受潮發黴了，若能及時處理就更好了。
