紙是皺巴巴的（旁邊那捲衹有一點點皺巴巴用完了但是明顯是沾水了上個房客留下來的）空調我已經説了好幾遍制熱32°沒風，開製冷32°的風都比制熱32°熱！你當我是沒空調嗎？！我已經説了有個小孩要求把空調修一修，説了幾次前台服務員換了兩輪還沒幫我修好！情人節房價漲了可以理解，但是我花287住一晚不是為了吹破空調蓋兩床被子的！

到店告知沒有房間，而且態度很橫，説店家沒有確認，房間沒有一次性拖鞋沒有礦泉水，空調製熱不了，噪音大，兩個空調外機掛窗外嗡嗡響

態度：第一次遇到預約成功後驅車前往告知沒有房了，又聯繫攜程客服又在前台一陣爭辯才給安排了住房，衞生：進屋之後衞生間裏還有水，浴巾好像用過的一樣，馬桶裏還有沒收拾乾淨的💩，設施：空調不好用，冷的不行，電視沒打開，櫃子是壞的。噪音超級大，隔音不是一般的差大家避雷吧！
