我都無語了，給領導定的房間，被領導一頓罵，外賣自己下去拿就算了，要瓶水還必須續房費，要不還要水錢，你們是窮瘋了吧！簡直太垃圾了。

1，大廳很冷，工作人員效率太低，手法太慢太慢，工作狀態你們完全可以學習學習麗楓酒店和亞朵酒店，本身你們的定位就高一些，但是工作態度和熟練程度真的需要好好培訓，為森麼生意差不要總説經濟環境的問題，自身存在的問題找出來先貫徹下去。
2地理位置還挺好，在中心位置！
3，這兩天正好下雪，房間巨冷，空調開着也沒有反應。我們一共開了5間房，都温度很低。找了前台2次總説空調沒問題，還嘴硬。為什麼會這樣呢！
4，房間存在很多很多亂收費的現象，活生生的把定位如此高端的酒店變成了一個超市，一個小賣部！一瓶礦泉水5元，一瓶紅牛10元，一個刮鬍刀30元，我用了一下充電器15元，馬桶墊5元，等等等等…
…………，你們完全不知道顧客
的需求的感受，能住到這裏的遊客都不差錢，最起碼都是主力消費羣體，他們並不是消費不起，而是你們完全不懂消費者的需求，行走全國多年入住各種酒店，從來沒見過這麼安排事情的，就是喝10瓶水，都會馬上送到房間，而且還會非常客氣，你這個酒店做的收費事宜，還是20年前小旅館的行為，我是説咱們平涼落後呢，還是説酒店管理者不負責任呢。這是一瓶5塊錢水的問題嗎？請管理者馬上研究活下去的對策，不是低價引流，也不是亂收費。而是給入住旅客的體驗感真正提升！
